Critical Success Factors for Consulting and Collaborating:  Collaboration

Claremont McKenna College, October 19, 2001

Critical Success Factors for Consulting and Collaborating is a series of practical one-day workshops designed for consultants, managers in business and government, and students in mathematics and the sciences. It shares the experiences and perspectives of expert consultants and selected client executives with those in the consulting profession and those who aspire to it.  Networking breaks and a lengthy luncheon provide opportunities for increased interaction among workshop attendees and presenters.

The first workshop presented an overview of the profession, while the second workshop concentrated on communication and problem solving.  This third workshop focuses on collaboration:  the art of going beyond merely consulting to adding real value by acting as a partner, behaving as a friend and mastering change.
